About Keller Roofing Co
Keller Roofing Co is here to help you care for the roof you have and plan the one you want, with the material and installation choices considered together.
New roofing should fit the whole home
A new color or material can change the way a house looks. What goes underneath matters just as much. Our purpose is to help you bring those decisions together, so a roof change accounts for the existing structure, the details that shed water and the way you want the finished home to look.
For a repair, that means understanding what can stay and how the new work will join it. For replacement, it means considering the covering alongside the deck, ventilation, flashing and edges. If the project changes the exterior, the material choice and required approvals need to be settled before work starts. You can start with the change you want or the problem you have; we help connect it to the roofing work involved.

What we want you to understand about the work
Candor is useful when it changes how the work is understood. That means naming the failed part, explaining the connections around it and being clear about what cannot yet be seen.
A covered section of deck sometimes cannot be judged until the old roofing comes off. The proposed scope should explain how additional damage will be addressed before it turns into an unexpected change in the job.
Three things to make clear
What failed
The stain shows where water arrived indoors. The opening may be farther up the roof.
What the work connects to
New material needs sound adjoining roofing, flashing and a secure base.
What remains uncertain
Concealed damage, access and weather can change the work that is possible.
A roof walk has a purpose, and limits
A roofer can walk the roof when conditions allow and assess the covering, edges, flashings and accessible details. The aim is to understand the concern and the useful next step, not to assign a replacement date to every roof.
A roof walk cannot expose every concealed layer. Steepness, fragile material or weather can also limit access. If more investigation is needed to understand what is beneath the surface, that should be explained as an uncertainty rather than treated as a finding.

There is room for your questions
You don’t have to arrive with measurements, a claim number or a diagnosis. A description of the concern is enough to start. If appearance is the reason you’re considering new material, say so. If you’d rather understand the repair option before discussing replacement, that matters too.
The choices may involve cost, color, the condition of the existing roof and an association’s exterior rules. We want those choices explained together, so you can decide what fits your property. The roofing services page explains the work behind the different options.
Start with the question you have
A roofing concern
A leak or a change you’ve noticed is enough to begin.
A material preference
Appearance and the kind of roof you want can be part of the conversation.
An unresolved choice
You can discuss repair before committing to replacement.
